DOPO, an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Marda Loop, Calgary. Our cuisine is inspired by recipes from Tony’s mother, Rose. We pair simple ingredients with family hospitality, making DOPO a perfect place to gather, celebrate, and make memories.
The original Italian Joint, D.O.P. (its name being a reference to the “denominazione di origine protetta” labels that appear on imported Italian goods) was a staple in Calgary’s Beltline. DOPO (‘after’ in Italian) pays homage to the next chapter for the original classic Italian joint.

Reservations open at midnight Mountain Time, 30 days in advance, and everything you see online is always up to date. Click here to reserve.
Because DOPO is a very cozy space, the largest group we can accommodate is 6 guests. We are not able to combine tables or seat larger parties. We also welcome walk‑ins whenever space allows.
