Tony Migliarese is sharing his love for Italian food, his mother’s classic recipes and his father’s passion for hospitality at DOPO — the next step in his restaurant journey following his first joint, D.O.P in 2021.
“My parents had a restaurant for 20 years and my dad was my idol. He lives in everything we do here,” Migliarese says. “That’s why we have family photos everywhere. Conceptually, I wanted to do something to honour my dad and my family. This menu is a journey of my life through the industry.”
